Fees & FAQs

  • My full fee is $150 per 50 minute session. I offer limited sliding scale spots from $75-$150 based on financial need.

  • I do not accept insurance and am not in network with any insurance panels. I can provide you with superbills for insurance reimbursement, which is determined by your individual insurance plan. Feel free to ask me more about this process.

  • Yes! For clients who live outside of Pennsylvania, I offer coaching services that allow me to see clients across the world.

  • We start with a free 20 minute consultation call to see if we’ll be a good fit for working together. I’ll share more about my background and approach and answer any questions you might have. If it feels like a good fit, you’ll fill out intake paperwork and we’ll schedule an intake session.

  • Yes! I am currently only offering telehealth services via Simple Practice, a HIPPA-compliant, secure platform.

  • I recommend starting with weekly sessions for the first month to build a strong foundation for our work, to get a clear picture of your goals and our treatment plan. If weekly sessions aren’t feasible or desirable, we’ll find a frequency that feels best based on your therapeutic goals, financial and schedule considerations.

  • My cancellation policy is 24 hours. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee that is half of your full session fee.
