Hi, I’m Amy. I’m so glad you’re here.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy based in Philadelphia. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR therapy within a relational, systemic frame. I offer telehealth services for therapy clients within PA and coaching services to clients across the world.

My practice is informed by my own transformational experiences with these treatment approaches and the profound changes I’ve witnessed in clients over the past 5 years. I am confident in the effectiveness of this work and whole-heartedly welcome you to join me in it.

  • About Me

I am a white, queer, cis woman and relational therapist. I believe in collective liberation and continue to work towards a feminist, anti-oppressive approach to therapy.

Clients describe me as warm, attentive, and creating a space in which they can show up fully. I’m able to hold a balance of gentle attunement, while also challenging clients to confront their experiences and create sustaining change.

I am West Coast transplant to Philly. I find joy in coffee, cats, and small moments of profound human connection.

  • My Approach

The foundation of my practice is built upon a strong therapeutic relationship and cultivating a sense of safety together. Together, we’ll explore your relational patterns, negative beliefs, and triggers that are keeping you stuck. We’ll focus on the roots of your challenges in order to learn how respond differently and create lasting change.

The core of our work is healing the parts of you that are holding old narratives, dysregulating emotions, and traumatic experiences. Ultimately through this process, you will feel more integrated and present, with a new capacity to regulate and relate during times of distress.
